At first I didn’t know what I ordered and was about to take it back because the instructions were not clear. I found a video on YouTube and that was unclear but I was able to get the gist of what it was suppose to look like. Sturdiness and lightweight is excellent. Size: it’s pretty decent, would have to get more books so I filled with stuff animals. Assembly took a while but when you get it, it’s pretty self explanatory. I got the L shape one.

The old adage of, "if it's too good to be true..." applies here. This is a low cost item and the quality of the product reflects that. The frame system is made of plastic and metal that is so soft, I could bend the rods with my fingers. The shelves themself are made of a paper like material. If it was the quality of Tyvek, this would not be an issue. But in the 4 (of 9) sections I assembled, I could see tears in the layer & side cloths. The assembly makes putting together Ikea furniture seam simple. It is not worth the time. Possible design improvements: stronger metal rods, add angles to the rods to simplify insertion into connectors.

I'm impressed by the look and sturdiness of this unit and the price was great. However, the instructions were awful and the assembly frustrating and tedious.

Very happy with the purchase. It took about 15 minutes to fully assemble the bookshelves, and there are a few options on how you want it to look. I bought this to replace a smaller bookshelves in my room. Even though it can store more items, my room now feels more spacious with this in it. Very satisfy with this purchase!

Very cute I bought containers at the dollar store as it doesn't come with any . The idea is great but I would not use this for books . And seems easily to tip over so need adult supervision. I did but books on bottom half which made it sturdier but not made to use exclusively for books

Honestly, it’s not bad once it’s assembled. This is a budget shelf so keep in mind you get what you paid for and you definitely realize that once you start putting it together. Literally a pain in the ass. And the instruction booklet doesn’t make it any easier. I got this several months back and I gave up on putting it together so I put it away and about five months later I decided I was tired of looking at the box in the corner and gave it a second shot

First, the instructions are very vague. Next, when you have the poles in the hole, you have to hammer the connector on the other end (it says not to hammer the poles directly into the holes itself), the poles keep popping out of the opposite side making this extremely frustrating. After getting only the bottom done and the poles popping out after hammering the life out of them, I nearly launched it across my living room. I'm done, this is going back!

Was looking for something to store my buckets of yarn on. This is absolutely perfect. It was super easy to put together and it is very sturdy. All of my dollar tree bins fit perfectly in the cubbies. I couldn't be happier. I'm ready to get more for organizing my house. 100% definitely recommend this product.
