You get about the same amount of cream as you would a regular Oreo PLUS a Double Stuff one (aka, the same as 3 regular Oreo's).Personally, I think it's just a little too much, and the cookie part doesn't absorb milk as well as my favorite Double Stuff Oreo's do.
