Works great, easy to use, keeps pets/other critters safe
Our neighborhood has a small problem with roof rats so we're working to get rid of them. We purchased these bait boxes & 2 different kinds of bait which are working. This is easy to use, keeps pets & other critters safe & definitely does the trick. So far, we've had 5 dead rats on our property & our neighbor who also uses these has reported success, too. Saves money over having an exterminator use the same thing while charging something like $1,000 for their service.

It's not rocket science...
This bait station is easy to use and you can easily use gloves to service/ reload the bait. I bought six of these after I found my cat having a friendly conversation with a rat in my garage (through a locked pet door) . It had chewed it's way in through a well sealed (all four sides) door opening. My wife scared the hell out of the rat and he took off.We live in an area where rats travel, but that was the first time one got in. No need for rodent chewed car wires, just give them snacks in the little black diner. They are using them and should help the situation.

These things are pretty tough.
These are pretty durable although the local raccoons have decided that they're a direct challenge and try to rip them off at every opportunity. Even a big stake driven through the floor is insufficient for the local trash monsters. Eventually I find them in the woods unopened, though, so that's certainly a testament to their build quality. Wish they came with extra metal pegs for the bait, though.

Palm Rat trap
It’s ok but charging and checking the bait is a little problem. I wish it had a window to check if the bait is gone or not

A must for rat issues
Glad to be able to find these. Love the 2 different ways to be able to get into them... with or without a key.

Works and lasts being outside
Works well with proper bait. Keeps the racoons and possums out. Does not get bait wet.

Perfect bait feeders
These are the perfect bait feeders for rats and mice. You put them outside and they lick so the dogs can’t get in them. Since we out time out we have not seen any. Ice or rats. Restaurants use them. My neighbor said her house was infested with mice and I introduced her to these bait feeders and she said she no longer has mice. I recommended 100%. I have about 10 of them.

A cheap version of the retail tomcat bait station
This bait station uses a different access key than other versions. Jerks. Flimsier build than the sturdier retail version going for $15 at USA hardware stores in 2023. I'm not impressed. Assembly is required. Racoons tear open the flimsy stations. Possums will take the bait too. Poisoned rodents are toxic to owls.I like Tomcat for the green chunk baits. I need a bait station to keep bait away from dogs and kids. Loose bait is carried around in a yard by squirrels and rats to drop where dogs can find it and be hurt by it. Don't let a dog eat a rodent full of green stuff either. It causes brain damage and they will act stupid. A response might be a magnesium chloride purge and a stomach pump. Bad advice is to peg a bait upon a nail on a fence rail for squirrels. They chew it loose and carry it off to who knows where? The station can hold 4 baits but need not. It uses Tomcat green bait chunks smeared very slightly with peanut butter. Since the bait requires an elapse of time to impair a rodent, it is a waste to give the little bugger more than one bait to gorge upon and ruin. Best to target one rodent at a time per bait station.I have a dozen set out and baits are usually devoured. Wash hands and wear clean gloves or even a plastic bag when handling the bait and the station because human scent left on either decreases trapping success.
