Fits perfect. High winds blew the previous one off the post.

Perfect Replacement Globe
This globe light was the perfect replacement for the one that had broken because the whole pole light fell, breaking the old plastic globe. The big box retail stores used to sell replacements, but they don’t anymore. I was able to locate the correct replacement on Amazon. Was the right size and needed it to be hard plastic since it was in a pool area. Good quality and great packaging to make sure it arrived intact.

My lighting is / 1960-1970/ and are slightly different so helps to be a little creative / nothing wrong with the new globs they are better than originals and look Great.

When we bought our house in 2021 there was a broken old globe and the search began for a replacement. I am not exaggerating when I say that it took over a year to find one, I tried the normal DIY Stores and even some of the more independent Lighting Stores but to no avail. With a few searches I came across KastLite, seeing it was sold in the US at the DIY Stores I was a little frustrated but a link to it on Amazon was the saving grace. Initially I was concerned as I wanted to see the quality first hand given the price point but when I save I was overwhelmed on receipt, I am deadly serious. It was packaged so well and secured, not chance of being damaged and the quality was on point, very thick acrylic and the cut out (neckless) was to the inch. Fit perfect and now makes the outside of my home look as good as the inside.

The product is incredibly high quality and far superior to the original. Feels solid and well made, fit perfectly, great finish inside and out, and gives off a nice even light.
