what are the measurements for a single pack?

Standard card size but there not jumbo print

Do all decks include two jokers? Bought some decks at a discount store and they did not include jokers. Must have jokers to play hand and foot.

Now, if you were a REAL gambler, you would just take a chance! But no worries -- there are 2 jokers in every pack. And for future reference, you COULD use the normal pack description card as a joker if you are short one.

You saying these are jumbo cards when the box says standard...

The numbers and suits are large, not the cards.

What's the difference between the "bicycle standard 12 pack" and the "807 rider back 12 pack" ?

I'm not 100% sure. but it looks like the 807's may be "jumbo" size, meaning the cards are the same physical size but will have larger markings for the #'' (2-10) and the letters (J,Q,K,A). Jumbo's are good when one or more people have vision issues or playing at large tables.
