Beast PC - Awaiting Shipment - Will Update Once I Receive it!!!
***Update 10/20/2020 PC IS HERE AND AWESOME*** Ok guys, it is here! Please see pictures so you can see how it was packaged. First off the presentation when you open this is awesome. Its nicely packaged, there is the air foam inside the actual case so no parts move around. The case itself is in this nice black cloth like bag with skytech. Then there is a folder that has some welcoming stuff as well as a quality check (see pics). They run this through benchmarks and stress testing before they ship it! So good to know this was done beforehand. Ok so whats inside, since everyone wants to know what MOBO and GPU brand. MObo is a ASRock Steel Legend wifi motherboard (currently retailing for almost $200 depending on site). The mobo has rgb elements to it, I can see at least 2 M.2 drives. GPU is PNY brand (triple fan design). Now before some of you go "oh its PNY" I don't want it. Let me remind you that Nvidia only chose PNY to make their quadro graphics card (these are used for NASA and big companies that need 3D rendering). PNY are not flashy cards, they are good sturdy reliable cards hence why NVidia chose them for the Quadro cards. Before turning on, I pushed down on GPU and RAM just to make sure they were seated, and they were, so wasn't a need for that but always good to check. Also one thing I want to point out, after getting confirmation from Skytech, they made their own 3D printed GPU Brackets! So there is a bracket underneath your GPU (see pics) and this is so the cards don't sagg! What a nice tough and just shows they care about quality! Moment of truth - turning it on - Turned it on, plugged in my keyboard, mouse, other USB devices and eveyrhting is working. Windows install went smooth. To my surprise they even had the ASROCK RGB software downloaded so I could customize the lighting between the fans, rgb, and liquid cooler. First thing I did was use some monitoring software to check out the specs. Everything looks good. Next was to fire up a game. I fired up Mafia definitive edition and getting high fps at high settings with RTX on.I'll add some benchmarks soon but temps stayed in 60-70C range under max load while gaming. The fans did get a bit noisy but this coud just be me and not used to a gaming beast like this. It didn't bother me as long as my parts stay cool. Power supply - thermaltake and even came with a nice thermaltake pouch and extra sata cables, etc. Case - case has removable mesh front panel, top part is magnetic, and underneath PSU shroud is a removal filter as well. The top of case has fan buttons to control fans, although while gaming I dont think this has any affect (a good thing, dont want to have low fan under high load). Overall - This thing is a beast!!!! Now I just need to add some RAM (I want 32GB) and additional 1TB NVME (so I can have 2 in total). I'll try later to provide benchmarks in some games. But I highly recommend this product if you are looking for an upgrade. The quality is great, the customer service is great, while I was writing this review I got feedback on what that bracket underneath GPU was. ***update 10/19/2020 Shipping Info*** I know some of you may be watching this review closely so I wanted to provide an update with shipping. I just got an update that it arrived in my state at a local carrier center and still on track for delivery tomorrow! Soon as I get it guys I promise to post pics with whats inside and any issues (hopefully none). So far so good! ***Update 10/15/2020 5 stars After some messages back and forth with Skytech and them clearing up my confusion, I am going back to 5 stars. My PC has been shipped and I am tracking it now with a delivery date of 10/20/2020. I am very excited and like I said below its in my opinion based on the parts that I do know, that this system is very nicely priced. And from what I've read online and videos I've watched case has great airflow. ***********10/10/2020 - Awaiting Product Will Update Once I Receive It********* I am awaiting shipping and will update review when I receive it. For now I'm giving 5 stars because the customer rep I spoke with answered all my questions and was very nice. After reading some reviews saying they couldn't get a hold of them, I wonder if they actually tried calling. Their system even has a call back option so you don't have to wait. Impression just from reading specs is that this PC will be great. Seagate is quality brand name and 1TB PCIE 4.0 NVME SSD is great! I just hope my PC comes with the other M.2 Screw that usually comes with the MOBO so I can install another NVME (going to wait for Prime day or Black Friday for deals). I was told MOBO quality will be elite since this is an elite build. I originally was going to upgrade my prebuilt I bought 4 years ago and build my own for the first time. However, when I saw this pop up, I compared to the pcpartpicker build I had set up and price was VERY close. Granted I don't know MOBO quality (but rep seemed like it would be high tier), but otherwise this is very reasonably priced. My parts were at $2700 and had an additional 1TB NVME PCIE 4.0 SSD and only 2 fans, but 32GB RAM. So basically what I'm saying is that this price was very close, plus account for labor AND Windows (another $100 just for Windows).

Ordered on 10/12/2020, received on 10/16/2020 - so far, so good
Shipped from California to Massachusetts. I am upgrading from a pretty old machine with an i7-3770 CPU and a GTX 960 GPU. I was planning for a while to build a new box with an RTX 3080, but had never found any 3080s available. I check Amazon and Newegg every few days, and I found this complete system on Monday afternoon. The price seemed good so I ordered it, with faster shipping, and it arrived on Friday evening. The components I got seem to be decent quality: GPU - PNY XLR8 Epic CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Motherboard = AS Rock x570 Steel Legend RAM - TridentZ RGB DDR-3600 2x8gb Power Supply - Thermaltake Toughpower 850 watts SSD - Seagate FireCuda 520 SSD 1 Tb I ballpark the total component price at around $2200 assuming a GPU price of $800, so the $2500 total price seems really good to me. I moved over two 2.5 inch SSDs and one 3.5 inch HD (tight fit next to the power supply) from my old machine. Ran Laplink PCMover to move over apps, files and settings from my old machine. From unpacking to having everything transferred from old machine took about 4 hours. I have run various stress tests and benchmarks with no problems yet. While running the Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0 GPU benchmark, GPU-Z shows 1950mhz max GPU speed, 1187 mhz memory speed, board power = 320 watts, max temp = 72 C. Idle system power (with 2 monitors) = 200 watts, stress test load power = 700 watts. GPU fans get fairly loud at full load. Geekbench GPU scores seem to be midrange for a 3080: Single Core = 1311 Multi Core = 10748 Compute OpenCl = 175928 Compute CUDA = 196118 Compute Vulkan = 114984 Minor cons: - The GPU board was out of the motherboard socket upon unpacking, despite being surrounded by foam. Easy to fix, had to open the case to pull out the foam anyway. - Windows 10 version was 1909, had to upgrade to latest version 2004 to get PCMover to run. - There's a plastic 3D-printed GPU support bracket that didn't reach the bottom of the case by 1 1/2 inches. Cut a wood block to fit it to the case. - Keyboard and mouse are pretty cheap.

Components are decent but case and tech support are garbage
I cannot recommend Skytech at all. I have ordered 3 computers from them and only one is useable. I ordered two at the same time. Both came with different accessory bags with completely different parts. The case was difficult to open but not impossible. One of the screws had been put in cockeyed and damaged the bracket but I could get around that. I couldn't however find my mouse...until I opened up the case to remove the packing foam and it had been crammed inside there in with the motherboard. Not good. The case wobbles a bit but at least it hooks up. The fans are super loud and run constantly at high. The second computer however would not detect the monitor at all. I called Skytech tech support. The guy told me to basically take apart the whole rig (like I'm a computer tech) removing the video card, the memory, a few chips (I was REALLY uncomfortable with this) but I did it all anyway. No good. He talked to someone else, told me to do some other things...nothing worked. So it had to be sent back. I asked him why my first one was so loud. He said that's just how all their computers are which didn't make me happy. So I sent back the second one. So I set up the first one...download windows 11 and I get a request asking if I wanted to install the ASUS control panel for my motherboard. I say "yes" and it installs a control panel that I can now control my fan speeds. NOW it's quiet now that I can control the fan speed and they aren't set to maximum all the time like the default. How their tech support not know this was a thing and they I needed to install a control dashboard for ASUS (which should be on by the mfg) to control fan speed. Anyway....I wait for 3 weeks for a replacement from my first one...I didn't think they had gotten back to me so I contacted them through Amazon. Turns out they had emailed me but it went into my junk email saying they had no more replacements in their warehouse and they had no ETA on replacements. This totally didn't make sense to me as Amazon says they had more in stock. They said Amazon and Skytech warehouses are different with different inventories. Okay fine so they had to give me a full refund and I had to re-buy the replacement from Amazon. I did that. So the new one ships (turns out from the Skytech warehouse but whatever) and I get it today. I open it up and find I cant even open the case to remove the packing foam because of a stripped screw. I have tried everything. Thier cases are cheap and complete garbage as all three I have now handled have some issue with them. Now I have to repack it up and send this one back. This replacement didn't even come with a tools bag and they just threw the wireless antennas in the bottom of the box. This company just does not care about turning out a quality product. Again...the actual components are fine (as long as they work) but this company is very fortunate there is a GPU shortage or I don't think they would get any business until they can get a grip and some consistency on their assembly process. AND GET DECENT CASES and quite cheaping out.

I've had this PC for about a month and I'm beyond happy with it!
This PC was an outstanding buy for me, and I'm so glad I made the decision to buy from Skytech. Specs: I ended up getting an X-570 Taichi with a Ryzen 9 3900x in it as well as a Gigabyte RTX 3080 which is performing so well, definitely happy with the parts I got. I have been having some issues with my PSU however, its been turning the PC off and on again at times, but it's very rare and not bothering me much. Could also be a crash? Unclear at the time of writing. Cable Management was very very well done and who ever built my rig I'd love to give my thanks! :) Gaming Performance: Runs Cyberpunk on all the highest settings and dlss at quality at a solid 60-70 fps at 1440p, definitely happy about that. You can throw any game at this and it'll meet the mark. Value: I'd say the price is a bit on the high side but with the GPU market being the way it is it ended up being cheaper than building my own so that's good. Support Staff: Haven't needed support personally but most of the other people I see say the support is good, but I've also seen the opposite. Overall: I'd gladly purchase this again! :)

You get a 3080 and solid performance for a fair price!
The Good- 1. Starting off: you get a 3080 sooo that's the winner. My computer came with the PNY 3080. It's not one of the current popular ones like MSI or ASUS, but it runs rather chilly which is fantastic. Never got over 70 degrees. 2. More good is the over all price. If you purchase each of these pieces separate to build yourself you would be spending around $2250 according to pcpartpicker in the last week of October 2020. So having the support and a year warranty on all the parts is a nice to have. *I purchased mine at $2399 but it appears to be up to $2499 currently. I also received 2 discounts of $20 a piece due to late shipment and including the incorrect RAM (more of that later in the not so goods) 3. The Build - The overall cable management was pretty great. See pictures for reference. Also the packing material was A+. They did not cheap out. Another great addition was a 3d printed base for the fatty graphics card. They really took time and effort into making this a good "just plug it in and play" experience. Parts included - Thermaltake 80+ gold 850w, ASRock x570 Steel Legend with WiFi, the AIO is not clear because it has the Sky Gaming Logo, 1tb Firecuda Gen 4 SSD, PNY 3080, Case is another Sky Gaming Case but it does have mesh front, only 1 additional fan outside of the AIO and it appears to be another Sky Gaming fan, 16g Trident Z RGB C18 RAM, Ryzen 9 3900x. Also came with a pretty good Keyboard 4. When it's running smoothly and proper thermals it's great. Destiny 2 ran at true 4k ultra settings at ~70fps. Lowered it a bit to play at 120 with vsync and it's the best gaming experience I've ever had. Also check out the benchmarks, they are not too shabby! The Not So Good- 1. Shipping wasn't my favorite. I purchased on Oct 1, and was given Oct 7-13 as the ETA. Kinda weird is they print a label and consider it shipped at time of purchase and you are charged immediately. Most amazon transactions will charge at time of it shipping out. It did not arrive until October 21 but they did provide me my first $20 discount. 2. Speaking of discounts...the next discount was given when I realized the RAM they shipped was NOT the advertised RAM. I received Trident Z RGB C18 not the Trident Z NEO C16. I reached out and they first told me it wouldn't be a big difference. After I responded they said they could not provide me with the advertised RAM but would supply a $20 discount. The Needs Improvement- 1. I got a bit nervous when I updated the multiple windows 10 updates and the ASRock RGB software busted and caused an unending error box that I couldn't close out of. Just had to shutdown and restart. 2. The thermals are NOT all bad. The GPU didn't go above 70 for the majority of the long hours of gaming. The CPU actually did ok for the most part too around 72. However the motherboard was frequently going above 80 and also the case itself you could feel heat pretty quickly. This lead to the entire computer SHUTTING off. This could have been power influx which is why Nvidia was recommending higher power supplies but due to the heat emanating from a few feet away from the case. I have placed an additional fan in front of the computer and I haven't had it shut off as frequently. This again leads to me thinking it has thermal issues. I plan on looking into upgrading some of these unknown parts. Overall review- 4 stars due to price to performance. It's great when it's chill but it's scary to be mid raid and my computer just pops off. I would recommend for sure because these people are pretty detailed and are not price gouging and show the fruits of their labor but it stinks with the random glitches.

Surprisingly well made with quality parts
I placed the order on October 23rd and it showed up on October 28th. It shipped through UPS and was packaged very well with expanding foam packed inside. All the components were installed well and everything worked perfect out of the box. Bios needed updated and was good to go. Parts list for the unit shipped to me GPU-MSI RTX 3080 MOBO-Asus Prime X570 RAM-G-Skill Trident DDR4 3600MHz AIO-Skytech 360mm PSU-ThermalTake ToughPower 850w CPU- AMD Ryzen 9 3900x SSD- 1TB Seagate FireCuda 520 I couldn't build this through Newegg for the price right now and not to mention they don't have nay GPUs anyway and if you do happen to find a 3080 in stock you have to pay 100 dollars to have them build it anyway. The only way you will build this cheaper is by going to a MicroCenter and hoping to get a GPU in person. If you live close to one that is. otherwise you have to factor in insanely high gas prices and drive time to that price and you lose again probably. Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

Decent pc if you know how to build one
Watch out for the fan plugs on the back of the case mine were unplugged and the pins were bent which wasn't that bad but if your average consumer has that problem they probably wouldn't know what to do and send it back and also who glues a plug to the motherboard but why is my question

Decent shipping, good hardwares, unbelievable performance
As with any pre-built desktop computer, it is highly recommended that you check everything is slotted properly and things are screwed in before powering up the PC (Most of the negative reviews are probably just expecting PC would work on delivery. Computer doesn't work like that.. not everything will be perfect after delivery. For mine, I noticed one of the memory wasn't slotted. Parts are all brand new and very solid. This PC has unbelievable performance, everything loads lightning fast and no words can describe... With Ryzen 9 3900x with RTX 3080, you can probably play any games with ultra settings easily. I played Elder Scrolls Online with ultra and Cpu 20% Gpu 50% used only on a 4k 65 inch TV, pretty amazing. Could not be more happier with this purchase.
