These work great. I was able to easily cut them to fit my 14" x 12" shelves. Washes easily.

We use this for lining our metal mesh dehydrator trays for easier cleaning. These silicone mats fit the trays on our dehydrator perfectly, but if they were too big you could easily trim them with a scissors. They work well as a nonstick surface and clean easily. We've done bananas, strawberries, and greens in there and they all came off well.

These are soft and floppy. I deliberately ordered large so I could cut to size. I found out they were slightly larger, so after I trimmed were a perfect fit. They were cut slightly cock-eyed, so I did even them up so the square grain was reflected on the edges (just because it annoyed me). I have dried a lot of "sticky" things (strawberries, cranberries, etc.) as well as non-stick stuff (squash, cucumbers, etc.) and it did very well. I did notice the denser items needed to be flipped to ensure air reached the bottom, but really not a big deal. The very best part of these is you can pick up each side (so you get sort of a hammock thing) and then just pour the contents into a bowl. The few that may stick are also easily pealed off. I have not cleaned them after purchase...I just shake out real good before the next usage, and whatever little scraps may be left on come right off. I do not know how I dehydrated without these!

I bought ten of these to use in a 10 tray dehydrator that I just bought. As others have mentioned, these sheets were easy to trim with a scissors to the exact size of my trays. I've been drying raspberries and mushrooms on them and the dried products come off the sheets easily. The sheets are soft and lie flat, so they are better than the one plastic sheet that came with the dehydrator that is more rigid and bows up in places so that it takes up vertical space (I threw it away once I saw how good these 10 sheets were). I would buy this product again definitely.

Not good as expected for dehydrate fruit The weave is very closed not allowing the moist to leave the food leaving it the soggy, due to moist condensation. I will try to get some more open weave ones.

The mats were easy trim to suit the size that I required, so that's good. I am using them to dehydrate vegetables, and I cut them very thin to reduce drying time. Hence the need for the mats. Unfortunately, I am finding that some of the thinner vegetable parts get stuck to the non-stick mats and are very difficult to remove. They also create a static charge that make the dried vegetables be attracted to everything. I will keep using them, but it would be better if they really were non-stick.
