Excellent packaging! Cute little parrott. Worked great! Repeats everything that is said. Did body movement and flapped the wings for the first 20 minutes. Then body movements stopped. It is still repeating words, so the child is happy. That is the reason for only 4 stars

MY nephew that is 1 1/2 yrs old Really liked this talking Parrot and was so cute when his wings fluttered, it made the little guy laugh! I am glad that I didn't go by the 3 yr.old minimum age because as long as the child can walk it will enjoy this sort of toy. The recording is good-make sure to have the 3 triple A batteries handy.

My 3 year old only asked Santa for 1 thing. A bird. She told Santa she'd settle for a toy bird. I read the reviews but didn't think much of the negative ones because the overall average was 4/5 stars. I was wrong. It doesn't work. It doesn't talk, it doesn't even flap its wings. There's a short in it or something. If you shake it, it will turn on for a split second then stop again. We live in a small town and there is nowhere near here to find something like this. If I wanted a cheap piece of Chinese made junk, I would have ordered from Wish.com. Amazon might refund my money, but it won't be able to help my little girl's disappointment when the one thing she asked for doesn't work. It's too late to get a replacement before Christmas. That's my fault, but its a mistake I won't make again. Thanks Amazon, for letting us down.

His name is Peter at our house, and the 2 year old loves him. He's a little rough with Peter but Peter hasn't flown the coop yet and it still mimicking us all. He's a fun guy to have. I am very happy with this purchase.

It's cute and worked fine, but I actually had ordered two, and its voice quality wasn't nearly as good as the other brand (Vincilee). It was like bad walkie talkies.

Grandson loved it, manually spread the wing and ran around like it was flying around like Rio. Never got to put the batteries in the toy because he holds it like a pet. Satisfied with the purchase.recommend,

Looked cheap in its original packaging. Product felt like it was of poor quality (even for $20). Toy failed to move or make a sound despite fitting new Energizer batteries and flicking the switch off and on. Same result with new Eveready batteries. No instructions to refer to in case of user error (although I doubt this). I do not recommend this product.
