Easy to apply
Very easy to apply and you can forget about it till it's time to change it.It stays on after the shower and bath and it is absorbed easy into the skin without having to take tablet form.

I really think these have helped with energy levels, but...
The last batch received (barcode X0018NLH8P), the stickers are stuck fast to the backing paper and it's impossible to remove the patch without bringing the backing with it! I think they've changed the patch?

Super for energy levels!
These really improve my energy levels, can't be without them now. Great value for money and so much easier than remembering tablets each day.

Stickiness not great
Not sure on the vitamin benefits side of things as I've only put my first one on this morning. The patch itself isn't sticky enough and peeling after a couple of hours so doubtful that they will be any good. I might try a more expensive one next time.

Early days but ok so far
Was slightly worried after reading some reviews that the patch doesn't stick so well, so what I did was used soap and water to wash skin area where patch will be applied and dried very well, then when I applied patch, I held it down for 20 seconds so it bonded to skin better, it stayed on for many days even though only needs to be on for 24 hours, its still early days to say if the vit b12 is working, but I think I am feeling slightly more energy as just today it is noticeable.

Easy to use. Stays put well. Will see if my blood tests show improvement. I do feel less tired.
