Can it be installed on a stud wall (would a stud wall be strong enough to hold it)?

It says it holds 25kgs but how much washing would you say that is? One load?

My washing machine takes up to 9kg, so in terms of weight the rack can carry much more than one washing load—- but it’s really more about hanging space, and being able to fit a full load on the rungs. I sometimes use coat hangers hung onto the rungs to increase the hanging capacity. The product is really really strong when installed properly- ours is fixed into a brick wall. I love love love this product and very happy to recommend it. We bought two, and have one above the other. We hang shorter items above, and longer items like trousers below. — hope this helps.
