are they heat-resistant?

Plastic syringes are never to be treated with to make them sterile. Only glass and metal should be autoclaved with 2psi and heat to make them sterile. Plastic syringes are made sterile with radiation not with heat. Going against it would expose towards severe infections especially gas forming organism which are life threading with 85% mortality rate. Use syringes from pack and discard them according to health codes

Are these for oral use?

Don't see why not, they are individually wrapped, sterile, and non-toxic. We used them to feed formula to kittens, but could be used to give oral medication.
