do they fit well over glasses

No they don't, they have a small frame and the curvature of the goggles don't let any glasses fit inside them.

Can these googles be used in paintball? would it protect my eyes?

If you are paintballing, any goggles regardless of strength are pointless to use. They do not protect your face which might not make you blind if you are shot there, but is just as important to protect. Everywhere I have paintballed requires full face masks and I would highly recommend it too.

Do they protect from gas?

No. If you want eye protection from gasses you need a gas mask or other goggles that form an air tight seal around the eyes (swim goggles for example)
