Great game
Brilliant game, bought for a teen, artwork is amazing and it's very playable, but challenging enough for older kids 👍

Great game, simpler than the original game (and better for it)
We bought this for a friend’s birthday and we played it with them recently. Easy to learn (after the first game), challenging and fun, and not too long. Worked really well as a 4-player. I preferred it to the original, it is easier to get going and less pieces - but actually the better for it. You can see it is from the makers of Dixit - same great artwork, and the guessing is a similar gameplay to that game (giving hints based on the pictures). Great game, and if you like Dixit, you’d like this

Mysterium park
Amazing artwork, enjoyed the gameplay, it really makes you think outside the box with the links that need to be made to find who dunit and where.

A work of art
This is a wonderful game. Don't be put off by the smaller box or lower cost than original Mysterium - this is all about getting lost in the pictures, which are beautifully painted and printed on large, high quality cards. The simple and effective board and playing pieces are all else you need, and the quick set up time is a bonus. The character and location cards are presented in a slightly steampunk style, or at least highly reminiscent of the Victorian carnival era. These are laid out on the game board. The ghost's vision cards are really quite surreal and, importantly to the game, allow both logic and imagimation to wander in all directions as players try to interpret them. In terms of gameplay the true genius of Mysterium Park is that only one person - the ghost - needs to know how to play it. The others can just go along for the ride! For anyone who has tried explaining the rules of a game to distracted family members or visiting friends, perhaps a little too late in the evening, this is a game changer...

Beautiful, quick to setup & play, unique
Beautifully illustrated game with a great horror aesthetic. Unlike so many other games, which can be long or complex to setup - detracting from the fun of the game itself - this is easy to learn and gets going quickly, with a game taking about 20-30 mins. The artwork is brilliant, and using interpretation to solve the mystery is a really unique idea (certainly not one I've come across before). I should also add that all the components of the game - from the box to the cards and counters - are really great quality. Impressed.

Fantastic Game
This is a great game. Similar to mysterium just missing weapons. I love the artwork on the cards and the carnival theme. We often take this one away on holiday to play as mysterium is too big. We find it works fine with two players but also works well with more. Would definitely recommend!

Great cooperative game
I really enjoy Mysterium Park and it's one of the most atmospheric and engaging cooperative games I’ve played. I love the theme, and the artwork adds so much to the experience. My favorite role by far is playing the ghost. I really like seeing the face of my friends trying to understand who or which place I am referring to when giving them the cards. What makes this game truly special is how the connection between players grows as you play. Over time, you start to understand each other's thought processes and visual language. You start to know what type of cards you need to give to who and people also start to understand the way you think as a ghost. Highly recommended.

Not as good as original
Liked the fact this was a simpler version, but found the cards all very similar. All quite cartoony. As a family we prefer the original.

Muy divertido, más sencillo y rápido que el Mysterium normal, muy recomendable.

I really liked this game, even on opening. The graphics are stunning, and the directions are pretty easy to follow. A killing has happened at a creepy carnival. One person is a psychic picking up clues to let the other players try to cooperatively figure out the details. It sounds simple, but it leaves a lot of room for creativity in play, though I'd recommend at least three people, it's still OK for a one on one play as well. It is cooperative -- the "win" is in figuring out what happened. It also requires everyone to bring their best to the game, and to think outside the box. For me, the psychic role is the most fun, but someone else that's played would rather be on the "deciphering the impressions" end of it. If you like great art, games that require thought, and a leisurely and moderately loose game play, I think this might be a lot of fun. I loved it, and I hope you do as well.

Not as clever as I was hoping it would be. The vision cards are far too abstract and cryptic making it really hard to make a connection to the characters. You basically end up relying on colour or basic themes to get your intention across. Probably wont see a lot of action unfortunately.
