Yes, easily. I out my S&W M&P and my Beretta P storm so it will hold the glock 23

I carry my Glock 48 as well as my Glock 43x in my ProCase. I have also carried my Glock 30 which is a double stack magazine 45cal. in my ProCase

Can a kel-tec pmr-30 fit into this pouch?

Fits small auto or revolver. Length is ok , widths is a bit tight an my Ruger .380 I wear mine along with a camera bag, no one gives it a second look.
