The scent is really nice — clean, fresh, and not overpowering. It feels lightweight and doesn’t leave my hair sticky or heavy, which I appreciate. That said, I personally get better smoothing and overall results with Olaplex No. 9. This one still performs well as a heat protectant and leaves hair soft, but for my hair type, Olaplex gives me a slightly smoother finish.
