An excellent copper wire for a tremendous price! I use this in sculptures I create, and appreciate the consistency of quality. It's a soft wire but not so soft - I've tried other wires from other sellers here on Amazon, sold in bulk spools, and have been disappointed. Somehow that wire won't always take solder, even after cleaning. This wire is perfect, every single time. Highly recommend.

Great wire for project clean

Initial thoughts: I should have gotten 14 gage, the 18 is a bit thin but surprisingly it holds the weight without deforming. The good: It works well for what I got it for, great for crafts and such. I am surprised by how strong it is I verse I have shaped it to my desired formation. The bad: More on me, I should have gotten a little bigger gage. Final thoughts: Gages go in reverse to intuition so 22 gage is very small (thin) and 10 gage if very big and hard to bend. 18 gage worked well for my projects and so far is holding. Hope it hold up well on one of my bushcraft pots. But I have not hung it over the fire yet by the copper wire. Aside from the the candle lantern turned out well and hangs well.
