Why is it that the green cholula only comes in small or this gigantic bottle?! Where's the large size, like the regular cholula you can get in costco? Well, we're huge fans of this one so just said whatever, let's get this bad boy! Unfortunately our bottle cap was cracked when we received it. But luckily it was packaged pretty good where it was mainly contained. Because of this, we ended up having to separate it out into mason jars, which honestly is fine since we froze half of it. Way too much to keep in the fridge. As always, great quality, great flavor.

I bought this, poured out enough to fill an OXO squeeze bottle, and put this in the freezer until it was needed again. I repeated this process multiple times, and it tasted just as good at the end as it did on first open. It has a good taste and a good heat profile if you like some heat but don't always want to sweat from your green sauce.
