Back alignment / support and design was pretty good but Velcro quality is only fair. It doesn't seem it will last as long as others. I would recommend for back pain relief more than helping with lifting weight properly.

I’ve had four different braces that have done the job but this is by far the best! When tightening the straps I immediately feel the relief and how well it works. I highly recommend this one.

I bought this brace for extra lumbar protection when lifting heavy boxes at work and working around the house, and it holds up amazingly well. It firmly supports the core and lower back, reminding you to lift with your legs and maintain proper form. Bought this for lower back support/pain relief. It doesn't really help with my lower back at all, but it does help with middle to upper back, so there's definitely support there. I'll keep it, but definitely disappointed.

I’ve had 6 back surgeries and have tried many back braces and they all had good points and bad points. This brace is by far the best. I got a larger size and the extra length allows me to make adjustments as needed. There aren’t any pads needed it will kind of mold itself to your back making it comfortable to wear for extended periods.

I have bought several different back braces. The others were all plastic stays. The last one I got they were so long they would catch on a seat when I sat down because the bottoms were bent out going over my back side. It went from my shoulder blades all the way down to my buttocks. Obviously way too long. Also you would sweat tremendously under it which gave me a rash on my back when I would cut and split wood or do any hard work. That test with this one I have not yet done but will be soon. Although I have worn this for a few hours at a time going downtown and did not notice any sweat under it so I believe it is breathable. That is needed in a back brace. This item has aluminum stays that are a proper length, it is extremely stiff and greatly supports your back. I wore it for two days and decided to order a second one. I will use one for doing my dirty work around the house and the second I will use when I go out. If you're looking for a good quality back brace, this is it. Be sure to measure around your belly button like they tell you to, because their sizes are accurate. I'm a big guy and had to get the largest 2x. It's great. You immediately notice the difference when you take it off. It helps greatly with back pain allowing me to do a lot more while wearing it. I was not paid for this review nor do I know the sellers. This is a high quality back brace in my opinion. Yes I've now only had it a few days but I think this one will last the way it's made.
