K KiNGKANG Adjustable Weight Bench, Foldable Home Gym, 1050lbs Capacity

Absolutely love this bench, very sturdy and easy to fold. Great addition to my at home equipment!

This bench is great, not cheaply made! Meant all my expectations!

So far I like it. It does the job for now. It was pretty easy to set up as the bulk of it was already assembled. There are about 5-6 secure pins that you can use to lock things into place but to me they seem too small and do not actually lock into place so I'm finding they wiggle out of the holes I put them in. The whole unit itself when full assembled is pretty lightweight so moving it is easy to do but when using the resistance bands it comes with is tricky because the whole unit will lift up or shift depending what exercise you do so that is a little annoying. The leg lift bar in front could be wider id say. After using that for the 1st time it rubbed the skin right off both my lower front shin area. Probably most likely due to being forced to do it only one way which is not exactly the correct way. I modified the bench due to it can be flat but next level down is all the way down which is cool but not cool if you want it to be midway down for declined flies so i drilled a new hole to achive that position. Overall, it's good for what it is in comparison to the cost of it.

This is one of the most awkward feeling workout benches. I do not mean this in a disrespectful way AT ALL, I love all my P.O.C. But this is made for Asians or people who are naturally shorter. Im 5'4..147lbs, I didn't feel comfortable on this bench working out. I did appreciate that its light in weight, so u can move it around with no help and that it folds. I mean you get what you pay for, I guess I was just expecting more.

For the price, this is a good solid bench. There appears to be some improvements to previous models with concerns to the leg extension attachment I am 5 foot 11 and it fits me pretty well. It’s comfortable and supportive that being said, I do wish that the foam cushions had a vinyl cover like the material on the bench that way it’s much easier to clean as I’m not a fan of how the foam feels against my skin… there was some assembly required, but the directions were easy to follow… it does fold up to a compact size. I don’t fold it up after each use so it takes me a little bit to remember how to do it, but it is pretty simple. I put a 2 inch wide hook and loop “Velcro” stretchy strap to hold everything together and secure because there doesn’t appear to be a catch or anything built in to keep it in it’s folded position …overall I’m very happy and believe this will last a good long time and grow with the home gym I’m building out over time … this isn’t going to be the best bench, but it’s certainly not the worst and for the price. I believe it’s well worth it.

I’ve been using this adjustable weight bench for a bit now, and I’m actually really happy with it. Usually, with home gym gear, you worry about it feeling cheap or shaky, but this thing feels solid. ​What I Like: ​The Adjustments: It’s super easy to switch between incline, flat, and decline. It doesn’t stick or feel like you’re fighting with it. ​The Padding: It’s firm enough to support you during heavy lifts but has just enough "give" that it’s not like lying on a wooden board. ​Space Saving: Since I don't have a massive gym setup, I love that I can tuck this away when I'm done.

Item arrived promptly, very easy to put together, feels very strong and sturdy. Very pleased!

Este banco ofrece comodidad, calidad en su estructura, opciones múltiples, de fácil traslado e instalación, mas que justo al precio ofertado. He leído comentarios antes de adquirirlo y casi no lo ordeno, pero una vez que lo recibí, lo instale en 20 min y no me decepciono. No es un articulo de uso para profesionales, pero tampoco cuesta lo que uno de esos aparatos cuestan y es super funcional para uso en el hogar. Un 10

O equipamento é de qualidade porém o assento do banco é um pouco afastado dos roletes onde põe as pernas, talvez por causa do padrão corporal do país fabricante, recomendo atenção quanto a isso, as almofadas. Os roletes são pequenos na largura e grossura fazendo com que as pernas e pés saiam do lugar, tive que comprar outros.

Bonne armature qui a l'air assez solide. Mais le gros problème reste la très faible qualité des coussins et des vis qui le fixent. Pour un prix de plus de 500 €, vous pouvez vous offrir une qualité semi-professionnelle sans souci plutôt que d'acheter ce banc bas de gamme made in China.
