This mug warmer is a staple for my boyfriend who works from home and for me when I’m studying long hours and forget, then remember my coffee! I set it up on my desk and it is honestly the perfect addition. I will say, avoid using really large mugs because it doesn’t warm as efficiently. If you’re using a small/medium mug you’re good! And it doesn’t warm take longer to warm ceramic than aluminum. Overall, love it and would highly recommend you try one!

Awesome for keeping your coffee warm without needing to jump up and down to refill and reheat. I chose this one after trying another brand; while the controls weren't complicated, they were facing away from me and on the side vs on top like this one making them easy to see. The only reason for the minus one, is the on/off touch button has a hair trigger - if your hand just glances over it accidentally, it's on, which I think is dangerous if you put it away after using like I do.

Works as promised, well thought out features. I am enjoying it.

I have 2 of these now and may get another - it’s much better than my previous coffee warmer. It even reheats lukewarm coffee if left on the warmer long enough. The multi-temp feature is great for coffee and tea. Use the lower settings for when you have just-a-little coffee left, or for most teas. This keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours as long as I have a silicone cup cover on it, and if a cup cover isn’t used the top of the coffee will get quite scummy after a while anyway. I also love the auto-off feature - especially for those times I forget to turn it off before running out to the store for a quick something and don’t get back home for several hours 😬. It accommodates cups with bottom diameters up to 3 & 5/8 inch diameter which allows me to make a 16oz big mug ☕️ cup if I need to . Do measure the bottom diameter of your cup, though, if you have a large one - as it won’t keep coffee warm if the cup is too big to sit all the way down on the hot-plate part.

Not quite what I expected. Although the base heats up as described, it does not keep my coffee as warm as I would expect at the highest temperature.

This mug warmer is working fine. I appreciate that it has a slimmer footprint on my desk than some others I looked at.

Since this mug warmer arrived, I have finally been able to enjoy a relaxing cup of morning coffee. Value and quality are on point. This warmer keeps my coffee warm to the last drop. The cord is long enough to reach an outlet near the end table, easy and simple operation (tap on, tap to lower temp up to two times then final tap off). Auto shut off after 4 hours which I have not used yet as I always unplug my unit after each use, however it is nice to know that is an option. Just one suggestion, Using a mug lid with unit also helps keep the hot beverage at a consistant temp. I LOVE IT and wish I ordered one sooner.

I gave this as a gift and I have been told it does keep their coffee hot (on high level). It is a really good quality however it is not worth what I paid for it.

It performed poorly, keeping liquids barely warm, and measurably cooler than a competitor's product. This coffee warmer from Oracer (see link below) is the much cheaper, and after 2 hours the temperature of the liquid in the mug sitting on it was almost 15'F warmer than VOBAGA's.
