Excellent for occasional tagging
If I was in mass retail, I wouldn't want to use this but only because sturdier and better options exist. For a in-home boutique or casual crafters, this is perfect. Lightweight, compact, easy to load, quick and simple application. I keep mine for any accidental tag loss while transporting my inventory around, works perfectly! I bought the Amram # 2AA 2" clear plastic tag hangers/fasteners to go with it and the box came with more than enough for a long time. Someone said they didn't get instructions with theirs, I'm attaching a pic if it helps anyone. Basically insert the fasteners into the side of the gun near the tip. Remove the cap and insert the needle through your paper/brand tag. Insert the needle into the sewn-in garment tag (for a shirt for example), holding it up against the gun. Squeeze the trigger and pull out the needle. Your tag should be attached.

It is the best maker of a terrible contraption that is only more awfully-constructed by all the other companies. That's as close to a compliment as I can get without lying.

Buy it wear it take it back
Perfect for people that like to “ buy it, wear it, and return it”. I have done this many many times, especially with evening wear or formal dresses that I am not going to wear more than once. You can remove the tags and pop them right back on with this tag gun
