Only lock outer body made in INDIA , and completely assembled in INDIA.

What are the charges for extra mechanical key and rfid cards

There is no way to get more manual keys , but you will get extra RFID (165/- per card)

Can this also use bluetooth without with fi?

No, this lock don't have both the features ( Bluetooth & Wifi) This is only Wifi version , you can't use Mobile app if you don't have Wifi Router.
