They vary. #1 Quick Start is 38 minutes, 20 minute express is 20 minutes, #2 Super Cardio Dance Party is 55 minutes, #3 Zumba Max is 60 minutes, #4 Latin Burst is 35 minutes, and #5 Global Burst is 40 minutes.

are u actually losing weight?

I've only just got it and I haven't done it more than twice, so I can't say that I am losing weight from this yet. However, I did sweat like crazy, so if I am consistent , I think I will.

Have you had your hormones checked? I'd start with walking around one block and after you've mastered that, two blocks. Good luck. It's very hard.

What do you mean by 'original zumba dvd set'? There have been many Zumba DVD sets going back well over 10 years and VHS tapes before that. If you have the Zumba Incredible Results DVD set you may have some or all of these DVDs depending on when you got your set and what you paid for it. Not all Incredible Results sets had the Zumba Max DVD, the Global Burst, or the Latin Burst that are in this set.
