Amazon did an amazing job with our order,delivery and room placement! The tub fits and looks like it should have always been here. Installing now so not sure it will work yet, but very pleased.

Wonderful product and customer service
Like many people I dread contacting customer service. However, I found this company’s product and service to be as wonderful as others are terrible. The drain on the beautiful tub stopped holding the water in properly. I dreaded the questions, did you install it properly, were you misusing it, etc. But I found just the opposite to be true. They answered promptly and were friendly and courteous. In what seemed to be unbelievable time, I had my part and a fixed tub. I only wish more companies were as great.

Beautiful but….
Love the look of this tub in our newly remodeled bathroom, but three months after install a crack on the bottom of the tub has developed. Haven’t even used the tub yet. I imagine this is a defect in tub. Contacted Woodbridge & they replaced the tub immediately. The downside is having to remove the defective tub & install the new tub.

A tub from Amazon might seem crazy but....
After a ton of research on materials and sizes, measuring and remeasuring I ordered this tub. A bit nervous buying through Amazon and no way to sit in and test it myself. I was not disappointed with it when it arrived. Climbed in it when they put it in my unfinished bathroom to make sure it fit (first pic), just to make sure it was comfortable. Besides loving the way it looks in the space it is super comfortable and relaxing. Glad I made the choice to order it.
