Perfect size for spooling automotive wire for a multi gauge wire and terminal rack like a Kimball Midwest #757, or Durham 297B-95 "Wire and Terminal storage cabinet". Fit the rack VERY WELL, in diameter, width and center hole. You'll thank me later! Saves guessing.

Done the job very well
Being on a Search and rescue water team, I have an underwater camera that has 100' of cable for it to be used in the water. The spool that came with the camera was not big enough and I always had a mess of cable loose in the box. I spent money on many different spools until I found this on and it works perfect and easy to unroll cable when in the water.

Multiple uses
I was looking for a way to wind up the rope I make from yarn since it gets rather thick. These spools were the perfect solution! They hold a lot of my rope yet are compact enough so they don’t take up too much space.

Does the job of holding 1/4” rope to craft and sew. The ends of the spools are warped. I worked around it, but judge according to your needs. If I find a better replacement, I’ll buy it.
