It adds a good flavor to my coffee. However , it is a little pricey.

Love this product. Easy to add to morning coffee and good for my heart health. For me it seems to curb my very active sweet tooth. Does it get any better thus this?

I ordered this product because I am on a KETO diet. I have been taking it for 3 months and lost 10 lbs. without working out. GOOD: 1) I do not sleep much and I used to live my life in a fog. Since I have been on this product, I am mentally sharp. I did nothing else other than take this product. 2) As stated previouslyI have lost 10 lbs since I starting taking this product. I had plateaued and was not losing any additional weight. 3) This product has no taste; so you can add it to any liquid. It just makes it look milky. BAD (well just not good): 1) Blending - this product does not go into solution easily. I add it to my morning coffee. It dissolves but not completely. It leaves clumps. I know this is picky; however it is just how it is. 2) Quantity - the product comes in 6-7 oz. bags. I would like a larger quantity so I do not have to keep remembering to order it. 3) Price per bag - this product cost $40 / 6-7 oz. It is worth it because I am no longer a walking zombie; however, I can see a good number of people not trying it because of the price / quantity in the bag. Overall I do like this product alot. I do recommend you try it.

All natural ingredients

I have subscribed to this product for a very long time. They changed the consistency, and it is now very fine. The cost is insane for 6.35 Oz, so I started looking for a different brand. I came across Micro Ingredients, a brand made with coconuts and Acacia. That brand only has two ingredients in it. It is very pure and has the consistency that Bio Trust used to have until they changed their formula and the look of the bag. I can get a whole 1-pound bag for about $5 less than I bought Bio Trust. I couldn’t even get a month with Bio Trust because the 6.35 OZ bag only lasts for 20 servings, so I used less in each cup of coffee in the morning to stretch it. Also, Bio Trust has Dexatrin in it and about 5-6 other ingredients. The one I buy now has two ingredients and no clumping. The flavor is ever so slightly sweet like coconut in my new brand. I’m sad that Bio Trust changed their formula, and they think that 6.35 oz @ 33.00 (monthly subscription ) I had is worth it. They need to start reading their reviews and see that many of us feel the value is nonexistent. But, had it not been for their high price and changed formula, I would not have found a much better product with the MCT Powder Micro ingredients brand. Now I feel I've been getting ripped off for so long. But that’s my fault for not checking into other brands once the formula changed with Bio Trust. Please, Bio Trust, revisit your product as other competitors have cleaner ingredients and offer far more in the product for far less money. Now, instead of buying a monthly subscription that never lasted me the whole month with Bio Trust, I think I can go at least a full two months with the 1-pound bag that Micro Ingredients gives me! Big savings. I do not get paid or get free products for either company. I was a loyal fan of Bio Trust until they changed the consistency. Who knew I could find that same consistency for a much cheaper price and get a full 1-pound bag? Sorry, Bio-Trust. You lost my business. I hope my review doesn’t get taken down ( It probably will), but with the money I spent over the time I was with Bio Trust, I feel others should know your product is not the same as it used to be, and I'm still paying a lot for it. Giving it three stars for value but five stars for taste. I was subscribed to the unflavored package. But it had a sweet taste, but not like sugary sweet. I liked that. But now my new brand also has an ever-so-slightly sweet taste and is more reasonable to buy.

I noticed only after 1 week my nails, & hair were strong and growing. I put it in my coffee and not taste so that was great and dissolves easily. I get more in this bag then some of the competitors. After 4 wks I started noticing sone weight loss. Plus the price is not bad compared to others. I definitely feel better over all. wawa

Just received my order haven't even used it yet however I bought a bag prior to this order and really like it so I ordered more. It curbs your appetite and gives you energy. Only started using a few weeks ago so will see how it works for weight loss. It doesn't really have flavor, I put in my coffee in the morning and I'm black coffee drinker and don't like sugar or cream an even though this adds a little creaminess it s tastes good.

tried it yesterday. it is Not tasteless!!! I put it in my coffee in the morning, by noon my neck muscles were so tight and I had a head ache. The taste stayed in my mouth all day and evening. I didn't feel well all day. No energy just a dull feeling. I won't be using this again. This morning the taste and side affects are gone, I count myself lucky. It was a bit costly just to toss in the garbage but that is what I will do. Buyer be ware there are no short cuts..dang it
