Ginger Capsules - Kosher Vegan with 1000mg Organic Ginger Root Supplement

I love this product. It helped decreased my appetite and craving for sugar and salt. There were no side effects or upset stomach. I hadn't noticed a change in energy level but will monitor from now on. Will be buying again and recommend it.

Top notch, clean product and company. I use ginger and turmeric pills for arthritis in my back/hands. I take two at night and two in morning. Works like magic. Your body has to build up the anti inflammatory properties for it to work well. When I took it randomly, my pain was awful. Now, I have it controlled. I never feel I am destroying my body since it's ingredients are pure, no magnesium sterate (flowing agent) or tricky play on words. If I feel I need little extra, I will take one more turmeric in afternoon. The ginger has helped to warm my body since I always feel cool when temps drop or with a/c on. Plus the coolness effects my arthritis. As long as I take these pills consistently, I experience zero pain. I also recommended the brand, combo to friend's with horrible arthritis pain. They thank me all the time. No more chems needed. In my fingers, I have arthritis in joints from typing. The arthritis was starting to give me knobs which hurt, swell. Not anymore. Inflammation is gone. I never run out and shout the benefits to everyone, anyone with pain. All are believers now. Remember to not forget your dosage.

I've been taking the Herbal Ginger-supplement ( Pure Mountain) near 2 weeks, and my Arthritis inflammations issues, especially in hand(s) looks to be improving...meaning less soreness. Still waiting for my bodily-system to acclimate the supplement, which that's the only reason why it's 4 stars given by me at this time. But I only take one dose a day (1000 MG). I notice the Ginger-supplement doesn't cause any dizziness or stomach problem ( other brands have caused side effects). I will give another review on my second order of the Ginger-root supplement. The moment I opened the bottle, I could smell the quality of these supplements. I've only been taking them for a few days but so far so good! There is no ginger taste or aftertaste, and I love that the capsules contain ginger and nothing else. I ordered them to take as a post-SIBO prokinetic after taking Iberogast for that for nearly a year, only to find out it can cause swelling in the calves - something I thought was related to my use of a standing desk until I stopped taking the Iberogast and switched to the ginger. (The fact that ginger has anti-nausea properties is a bonus since we're coming up on stomach-flu season in my part of the country.) It could take a while to determine whether ginger can replace the Iberogast for good, but I'm hopeful, and if it does work, I'm sticking with this healthy brand.

I struggle with a lot of stomach and nausea related issues. After going through a endoscopy/colonoscopy to figure out what is causing my severe stomach pains and GI issues, it was determined that I have stress induced IBS. My gastroenterologist highly recommended me taking Ginger root daily as a natural supplement to help with my stomach aches. And let me tell ya, this stuff WORKS GREAT!!! I also have prescription medications to help with the aches but try to not use them as often since I prefer a more natural approach. I haven’t had to take anything prescription to help since taking these ginger capsules! If you’re someone who also struggles with stomach problems then these are the capsules for you. Very easy to swallow and I like that they came in a glass bottle. I will most certainly be a returning customer.

Gets rid of migraines as well as my prescription medications and settles my stomach as well. I absolutely rely on this to help with pain.
