Nerf Dog 12in Blaster w/o Ball Clip 3 2in Squeak Tennis Balls - Opaque Blue/Orange/Gray and Orange and Blue and Green, Small

Our dog loves this. She likes to play catch but when we bring out the ball blaster, she looses her mind. I don't know what it is about it but it is her most favorite toy. Some complain that it doesn't last, the rubber band inside breaks. Well, we've had that happen but rubber bands aren't meant to be permanent. The harder and faster you pull back on the cocking device, the faster it will probably break. We've had this one for more than a year and it sees daily use. Because it is the smaller version, we use it inside the house and inside our RV. Our pup expects it everyday. I will say that when used outside, the tennis balls collect grit that ends up inside the gun but you can usually shake the grit out or a quick flush of water will solve the problem. The value of not getting hurt by throwing a ball too hard to damage your shoulder (we know those who have done that), makes this dog toy worth the price even if the rubberband breaks and you have to buy a new launcher.

This thing is a game changer (pun intended) for an old lady with a ball-obsessed Jack Russel. I used to pick the ball up and throw it until my shoulder would about give out. Now he drops it at my feet, the “Blaster” picks it up, I crank it while it’s still on the ground, and shoot it FAR away…giving me a longer break before having to do it again and again and again. You get the idea…. Worth every penny!

Listen...it does work fine but what's important to know is these are NOT tennis ball sized balls and tennis balls will not fit it.

Wow my little 12 pound Yorkipoo gets so excited when he sees me pick up the gun. He loves to run after the small balls from this sturdy ball shooting gun. It shoots a good 50 feet

We are a Nerf family and my kids love all the toys, so when I saw this blaster for the dogs I was super excited. The blaster is definitely a ton of fun at first and the dogs get excited when they see it. They come running when they hear me load a ball! It’s also fun because it shoots a decent enough distance giving the dogs exercise while saving my shoulder the strain of repeat throwing. The biggest drawback is that the balls do not last long at all. My dogs are not rough with the balls whatsoever, but their saliva seems to be loosening the felt around the core. Once that felt comes loose, they easily pull it off making the balls useless. This set of balls only lasted one play session.

First the balls are small. The trigger broke after about a total 3 hours of use. Only adults used the guns so no rough play with the gun. Shoots not very far. Great for a small dog but for a large dog it’s easy play for them. I would not buy again.

Perfect for my German Shepard! We hate touching her slobbery ball but this makes it so much fun to play with clean hands!

My dog LOVES this. He really enjoys the noise of the shot and I love that I don't have to touch the ball covered in slobber lol.

My dog loves this. The 2 inch ball fits in her small dog mouth and she can go on forever playing this. Great toy! Highly recommend for a small dog who can’t carry a normal size tennis ball in their mouth. The launcher is great for someone who doesn’t want to swing their arm with a manual launcher over and over again. I highly recommend this for small dogs.
