After several days of taking this supplement, I found it was detrimental to my sleep cycle. I tried taking it with breakfast in the hopes that would solve the issue but it made no difference. I can't say whether I recalled things or had better focus, but I threw the pills out because they caused my mind to be racing nightly. I could fall asleep, but within just a few hours I was awake. Couldn't get a solid night's sleep with them. Of course everyone is different, and maybe someone out there wants this effect but I do not.
