I decided to take one of these before hopping on the treadmill, and this sure didn't disappoint... For context, I am a 6'0 male weighing at 260lbs with 20% body fat, so I had a relatively high amount of lean body mass. Upon using the treadmill 30 minutes after taking this, my heart rate skyrocketed to the 190's, and didn't go down until I reduced the speed from 5mph to 3mph, where it went down to the 160's. The clips attached on this review were from the first 5 minutes of the workout. After finishing my workout, I decided to go somewhere to eat, when I started getting the high heart rate alert from my watch. It typically goes down a few minutes after I run, so I was reasonably confused. After I ate, I went into my car to drive back home, when I received another high heart rate alert. However, it was at 169bpm this time, and that was where I concluded that it must have been this product. It is worth noting that the only side effects I had from taking this was nausea and muscle weakness, although those feelings had subsided within 2 hours. However, the heart rate was still very elevated. In conclusion, please don't ignore the reviews of this product...

Bruh... My order came through and I was like, "Oh, how bad can this be?" and took a full capsule like an idiot. Full ego and now regret it. I woke up at 4am this morning, worked my butt off all day and came home tired. Why on God's green Earth possessed me to give this a try at 9pm talking about, "I'm gonna just use it as a pre-workout!" I kid you not, when it kicked in, the rush of blood to all extremities was out of this world. The reviews are absolutely correct. This thing actually works. I got a ton of energy, the quality is amazing, no upset stomach though as I drank a lot of water in advance to taking it. I think that's where a lot of people mess up; not drinking enough water. I don't think 8 oz. is enough, I actually slowly sipped about 16 to 24 oz and didn't have any of the major symptoms everyone was having. Again, to each their own, but I would try more water as a recommendation. One strange thing to note, personally, is do NOT just lay down and be a potato after taking this. I believe it pushes blood flow to your extremities also, and if you do feel an uneasy pressure building up in your feet while laying down, elevate your feet because its just blood flowing to your extremities and its very evident to the sensation. It goes away with time, but if you're active you may not have that issue. That's why many reviews do mention taking it in the morning to avoid these overnight headaches of not sleeping. This thing is WAY stronger then any caffeinated drink. As far as libido goes? Instant wood, noticeable increase in sensitivity and its a strong sexual urge to get active. It does ignite a sense of confidence and focus. I didn't get the jitters but it does make you feel primal, almost raw instinct to mate. You can feel the blood pooling around your member. Mind you, this is the first time trying this herbal supplement. I had done a bit of research on it before ordering it, but alas, I was a bit cocky (full pun intended) and took the whole capsule. Don't do that especially at night. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. People are NOT lying in the reviews. I am literally now, past the 24 hr mark of NOT sleeping, but I can feel the sleep is there. Its literally a haunting feeling that your mind knows it wants to rest, but the body refuses to chill out. It literally eliminates fatigue and drowsiness. How do you check? Relax your eyelids, they naturally should slowly shut if you're tired. MY EYELIDS ARE WIDE OPEN AND WILL NOT SHUT. I'M NOCTURNAL!!! Its a damn perfect product if you work night shift or feeling sluggish in the morning. So this is my horror story of how ego messed me up. I'm done. I'm cooked. I believe withing these 25 hrs now, 6 hrs have passed and I am still bricked up, with no fatigue, full of radiant energy, in a good mood considering, and no major side effects besides the curse of being now nocturnal for God knows how long. I know I'm going to crash when it wears off though and probably my body will force a natural state of hibernation to fast this out. But that's actually natural for the body to do that and correct itself and its homeostasis if it needs too. So wish me luck and TAKE THE ADVICE EVERYONE IS SAYING. This thing rocks and is absolutely powerful if used alongside your sleeping cycle or work day schedule. Bye, I'm going to look at the stars and count the galaxies I can now see with the naked eye. It does just what its supposed to, but way to strong. 1 1/2 hr after taking one capsule I started getting cold chills. Then after about 2 hrs it was full blown in affect and it lasted all day. Anxiety, jittery, cold chills, sweating, heart racing, tremors, out of breathe, etc. I thought I was going to have a heart attack or my heart was going to explode with any exertion. Not talking down on the products effectiveness because it does work. It was just to strong for me, a 6ft 190lb male. The wife really enjoyed it though... Update: All the side affects mentioned in review isn't caused by the Yohimbe itself because I dont have the side affects taking the more pure form. It's because this product is actual Yohimbe Bark. It can be unstable and it has additional alkaloids in the bark causing the undesirable side affects. But in my opinion, if you don't have or if you are able to deal with any side affects that you may experience, this Yohimbe bark works much better than Yohimbine HCI itself.

First day I got this I took it as soon as it arrived, noon roughly for the first few hours it felt like nothing was happening than out of no where I started getting nausea, sick to my stomach feeling like I could vomit any second. I thought this was just chance, caulked it up to odds and as the day went on this feeling remained, all day and into the night I had this deep sick to my stomach feeling. This lasted till about 4am when I woke up and I felt better, at this point I was questioning if it was this. I decided not to take any the next day just incase as the previous day was horrible for me. This morning I decided to try it once more because I still had a full bottle and maybe it was just a fluke. Well I started getting sick to my stomach, and I could feel my heart beating while resting. After about 90 mins of this I decided to take my blood pressure and it was 190/120 with a pulse of 130 at complete rest. I decided this wasn't safe so I proceeded to drink as much water as I could, went to the bathroom and induced vomiting, did this 3 times in total. While my heart rate is still crazy and in the go to hospital immediately range my stomach feels much better. I've taken the pure yohimbine from the same brand before and never had this result, I didn't know the bark was any different I can't recommend this to anyone. Absolute shame and waste of money, this isn't safe to take.
