If I feel I am going to have a hard time sleeping, if I am having an extra anxious time, the work week has paid a toll on me and need to disconnect or if I feel stressed and grumpish and need to chill out... this is THE pill. It takes effect right the way and I can feel it. It soothes you down. If you need to sleep it helps, but if you still have part of your day going it also chills you down without feeling weird. No dependency so far to the point I forget some times I can use it for aid. Really important is no side effects or need to increase dose to feel the effect. It just works and I am really thankful it does.

The thing with these is that they are ALWAYS so damn expensive no matter where you buy them from. Also it sucks that they are so damn expensive and they are so little. However, these things are better than any chemical anti anxiety drug. It really does what it supposed to do, however you do have to be mindful of dosages and if you need more than a dosage a day, the price can skyrocket on how much you buy per week or per month. I highly recommend it, especially when you feel your life being sucked out of your chest and you have strange thoughts = Basically having an anxiety attack.

With the summer season starting (especially at the beach, where I live), the massive influx of visitors and tourists can add an incredible increase to my anxiety levels. I take one capsule in the morning, and my anxiety levels are then in check and I feel much calmer to execute errands and driving in traffic. I swear by it!!! I have used this product (ONLY for anxiety) for almost 7 years now...not on a daily basis, but again- ONLY when necessary. My 14 year old has even used it on the days she has presentations due in school, and she finds it decreases her nervousness and anxiety, too...without feeling tired or that "out-of-it" feeling. I do not know if this product works for severe anxiety, but it does work subtle wonders for me :-D!!

I use this product a few times a week to help with sleep, and it usually works to increase not only quality, but especially duration, of sleep. I can get more than seven hours of rest with it, and I've been feeling more rested and clear-headed overall. It's not foolproof, and it can affect me the next day, but it does help, and I'm glad it was recommended to me. I appreciated that the seller, when the arrival of the product was delayed after my most recent order, sent me extra bottles with the shipment.

These capsules are very effective in calming the mind and getting the body ready for the sleep cycle. I did not realize their effectiveness until I stopped taking them and went back to restless sleep. Time to reorder!
