Did anyone notice this has no "Hazelnut" in it at all?

Is this similar to hazelnut extract?

Yes I think so...it an emulsion so it thicker than an extract which is usually quite liquid. You do use it measure for measure but it is easier to get an exact amount and not accidently overflow the tsp. I actually use it more often in my bake goods than the extract or oils as my family prefers the taste and especially the smell. Some people prefer not to use emulsions because they do have some added sugar

Can I add this to my vegan milk for a hazelnut aroma?

You can but personally I do not think it would taste great, the Emulsions Hazelnut is very fake/imitation tasting to me.

Is this like “oil” or syrup? I’m wanting to flavor my coffee beans and grind them so I don’t want sticky syrup type of flavoring. Thanks!

I’m not certain from your options. But I would say definitely not like syrup or sticky. Not certain if oil is correct either. But I use it to make a ‘tea’ to add to home brew beer. I do not notice that it beads up or floats on top of water either. But I would say it is more toward oil than syrup.I can say it is quality product though.
