Winco 13” x 18” Perforated Aluminum Sheet Pan, Half Size

This is a well built pan - heavy duty, better quality then i expected. Except for the shipping I have no complaints. My pan sat in the post office for a week - undelivered. I use the pan for pizza, eclairs and cream puffs. Works well !!!

I use these for my Pit Boss smoker and absolutely love them. They clean really easy and you can use them for multiple things.

Heavy duty and well made. A must have if you want to make bakery quality cream puffs and eclairs. Highly recommend!

Good quality

It isn't as clear in the write-up above as it should be -- this pan is purposefully full of holes. It allows air to flow around what you are cooking, which is great in a convection oven for drying or roasting things like coffee, chocolate and nuts. It would not be good for making cookies or other traditional uses of a baking sheet. It is made from very sturdy metal and does not flex, even with heavy loads.

I was so nervous because i bought the product before i read the reviews. i noticed that most reviews said the pan did not come in perforated so i was super anxious but the pans came in with holes!! exactly how i wanted them and perfect for my bread!!

giving it 3 star because I keep getting sent the wrong pan. I order perforated, order says perforated, tag on pan says perforated..... pan is clearly not perforated. 2 orders, 2 returns of standard cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.

La chorala tiene muy buena cálidas, es rígida y no es muy pesada, la uso mucho para hornear galletas
