I’ve tried their husk powder before, and this one is absolutely on point! I use it as a daily source of fiber and take it early in the morning before breakfast.My routine is simple: I mix one teaspoon each of flax seeds and chia seeds along with this husk and about 30g of oats, soak everything overnight, and drink it in the morning. It works wonderfully for digestion and keeps things regular.The powder form is also very effective, but it tends to become very thick if left in water for too long, which makes it a bit difficult to swallow. That’s why I prefer this version—it’s much easier to consume while still delivering great results.Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve digestion naturally

Using to help me with my diet , just be careful how much you use to start off with!Mixes well with water, best drink straight away, and drink more water after ! This will prevent you from dehydrating, i use it 1 hour before meals , ahope this helps
