Good for beginners. Buy a good gloves to hold it well.
Not bad not great I am using this for a while now .it's strength is good. It's holding but the only issue is the thickness of this product. It's width is difficult to hold with bare hands. While stretching this band i have pain in my hands .to hold it properly you need good gloves. Please note its but difficult to hold properly. Otherthan that it's a good product Quality - 9/10 Comfort -6/10 Strength -9/10 Daily use - worth it

Home workout
I am a very busy working professional, so I don't have time to go to the gym. That's why my friend suggested me this heavy resistance band, and it is very helpful for me to do home workout. Its quality is very good, easy to use, and grip was also good and very fit for me.
