I’m able to save files from my iPad to a flash drive to transfer to my computer

I bought this specifically so I could connect my favorite USB lavalier mic to my iPhone. This sounds so much better when I am recording live video with my phone. It also works to plug up a USB Thumb drive if I want to offload my pictures or videos from my phone to copy to another device. I don't have a camera I can hook up to try that use case but it works for what I need it to do. (Once you connect to USB drive, then go to "Files" app to see the files on the drive).

My Apple version of this cable worked great when it was new, but wore out from bending. I bought this braided one but wondered if it would fit into the little USB-A socket on my iFi xDSD.Got it today and it’s a perfect snug fit. The sound is excellent and the cable looks like it will last a long time

I have both the white "Camera Adapter" cable from Apple and this cable. This cable works perfectly. Works exactly like Apples but black which I really like because it matches my other things. No lie, the cable is a little soft, it could be a lot sturdier. Its like a fabric instead of the usual rubbery material of cables, but for the price I think its okay. I use it with thumb drives on my iPhone and iPad Mini and with a powered usb hub to connect a mouse, keyboard and HDD.

Amazing it just works. I was blown away that I could hook up a usb hub and use a mouse and keyboard on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. This also allows you to use any existing usb drive directly on iOS devices without any 3rd party software. Will use this for transferring drone footage live in the field.

I have the original apple OTG to lighting cable, I needed another and wanted to see how this one is because is metal. I have to say this works as well as the original one and I can't tell the difference in term of speed. I like this color better and I like that it is metal and not plastic

I am very happy with this adapter which I use daily. It was the same price as the official Apple version but it’s made so much better. I have had several official versions and most have developed a fault after a few months.

Loved the product, used to transfer photos from my SLR camera to my iphone without the need of my computer. Was worried it would come up as a third party accessory but it didn't and haven't had a problem.
