Nice way to take Vitamin D
Thought I’d give this a try as I used to take vitamin tablets. It’s just one spray a day. It’s a lovely minty taste. Prefer this to tablets.

Very easy to take, nice taste. Has really helped me keep up with vitamin supplementation. The high strength means I can often get away with taking a couple of times a week which is good as I often forget

Easy to take no more pills just a quick squirt
I struggle swallowing tablet form of vitamins so I came across this and I can honestly say I am enjoying taking it no more tablets for me I just do one pump under my tongue hold for few seconds and done it has a mild minty taste and no bitterness
