Great quality product!
I drive Hyundai Santa fe 2017, 7 seater. Quite easy to install. It's just a bit inconvenient if you need to hold it with one hand on one side and screw nut with another hand on another side. So, small chair or second person recommended but not mandatory. Overall works great, bought it to carry bikes and 4 bikes is not a problem. Recommended!

Not so happy with customer service
Didn’t fit my 2017 Santa Fe SE. It was under the bumper and my Santa Fe does not have the removable cover to hide the hitch. And the hitch didn’t allow for clearance of the muffler. If installed the muffler would have been sitting on the hitch and not using the rubber muffler hangers. And it would have been under my bumper. After messaging the seller, the seller had no reasoning whatsoever and was asking me to get an authorized installer to write a letter of noninstallation due to not fitting. This was an unreasonable request since the authorized installer looked up the trailer hitch part number and it was not a match to my vehicle. But the seller insisted and wanted a written statement in which I would have to pay an authorized installer for labor time of $300-350, for 1.75 hours of work.

Perfect Fit!
This fit my 2017 Santa Fe SE perfectly. I'm a complete novice and was working alone, so it took about 45 minutes to gather everything up and install it. I propped one end up on the box it came in while bolting on the other end. Honestly, if I had known it was so simple to add an aftermarket tow hitch, I would have done it years ago!
