Aideepen 3PCS 3S 20A Li-ion Lithium Battery Charger Board PCB BMS 12.6V Cell Module Overcharge Overcurrent Short Circuit Protection

I have used these to replace NI-cd batteries in 12V cordless drills and they work well. I charge them from a 1A constant current source and the panel cuts off when charged. They do not balance the batteries but they cut out on overload so all is well so far.

Got these to build a 12 volt battery pack for a pond pump. Using 24 x 18650 Samsung batteries from a dead E-bike pack and one of these boards, I soon had my pump up and running. The pump pulls 1.5 amps and runs for about 2 hours a day. Charging is from a 25 watt solar panel and charge controller. Only problem is the transistors on the board get very hot at times when charging. A small aluminium heatsink solved that! I used an old low voltage, programable timer to switch the pump on and off. Now working a treat. At just over a pound for the BMS, I am very happy with the result. And I have two spare....just in case! 25/8/24 Now built a second battery pack for another job, and decided to see if the low voltage protection done its job. It did. At 2.4 volts per cell, it just shut down. Put it on charge (small solar charging setup) and was back up and running a few hours later. And I still have a spare board for a future project.

This module has three taps for charging three Lion Cells in series to provide 12v. It is intended to be used in automotive or other 12v systems and claims to be able to sink 20A. I have not tested that capability so far, but I suspect the heat sink on the board is inadequate for a constant load of that level. Otherwise it works as specified.

Bought these to make up some rc batteries from an old drill battery.

Used it to plot a route around the welsh coast. It was excellent. I will be buying it again when it runs out.

Tient vraiment la puisance acheté en remplacement d'un modele concurent plus petit mais qui claque en pleine charge (pcb rouge) Attention toutefois lors des soudures finales à ne pas toucher les cms...tres proches des emplacements 12v !! sinon rien a redire : utilisé pour reguler des batterie 12V sur une perceuse a percussion !

Questo BMS funziona veramente bene. Usato per rifare il pacco batteria di una vecchia aspirapolvere portatile. Ho utilizzato 3 batterie 18650 da 2500mAh. Regge bene il carico. Consiglio di mettere un piccolo dissipatore sopra i mosfet.

Aspect correct pour l'ensemble des 5 cartes. Prochainement branchement et test électrique.
