Doesn't latch so I drilled the holes oval shaped so it could be moved up a hair and it latches just fine and lines up.

Perfect fit for my 2005 Mustang V6 4.0 center console, my old one was breaking down badly, this one is thick and durable, easy to replace, and I feel like I got a good deal for my money!

First the positives: looks great, seems like good quality. Will hopefully last a long time. Negatives: latch didn't match up so would never completely close. I even tried swapping the underside components with no success. Finally I determined the hinge was the issue. I replaced the hinge with the original hinge and that worked. Not a solid latch as the original was but good enough that it doesn't shake loose. I rate it between 3 and 4 stars because of that issue. Otherwise it's a great replacement. If you have latch issues just swap the hinge and see if that makes a difference.
