Does this unit still have a problem with randomly dying? no longer powering on? so many recent reviews say it just stops working.o

Yes, mine worked for a month and just stopped working, the company will not refund or replace. My electrical outlets are fine. Chefman has recalled over 600,000 of these but will only refund credit to some. I am glad mine didn't catch fire like so many others.
