Better than Israeli? Depends on what you want.
Seems like everyone recommends the Israeli compression bandage, but I chose this one because of the added features. The plastic piece that can increase pressure over the injury point that can also be used as an eye cup. The removable z folded gauze that can be used to pack the wound. And the plastic sheet for chest seal. A few less items I have to pack in my kit.

Fantastic Product
This is a great spin on the original Israeli bandage. These are easy to apply, stay on securely, and ideal for treating gunshot wounds. There is also no conventional pressure bar, but rather a pressure cup which really focuses pressure over the wound. I keep one of these in my IFAK and one in my trauma kit. Overall I am very happy.

Pack em anywhere
The flat version of these are my favorite, makes them so very easy to pack anywhere. Let’s face it with everything going on these days having 1 of these on you isn’t the worst idea

A very versatile trauma bandage
Great quality bandage with chest seals included if you need them. Perfect for a trauma IFAK.

Defiantly have a few on hand
This product is very versatile, can be used as a face dressing or as a combat dressing with the eye cup used to help apply pressure to the wounded area. I have several and they work flawlessly.

Flatter but also wider
I bought this bandage for my ankle kit. Obviously flat would be better so I could get my pant leg around it easier. WRONG. Although it is flatter its also wider. So it didn’t fit in any of the pockets on my ankle kit. It measures 4 x 6 x1 1/4”. Plus the compressed packaging makes the bandage tilt slightly. Just like shown in the picture. So it didn’t work in my ankle kit but will definitely go in my trauma bag. Don’t get me wrong. I’d much rather have this in one of my kits than not. But I assume you are looking at this listing because it specifically says FLAT. Just my 2 cents.

Wish the packaging was smaller for my backpacking med kit

Great product - NOT a knock off
With so many knock offs being sold lately, I was relieved to see that this was exactly what I needed for my combat medic bag. Thanks!
