Works great!
I’ve been using this for years. Don’t remember how I learned about it, but it works for my whole family to get rid of cramps quickly. Just three small tablets dissolved under the tongue and the cramp is gone in no time. A lot of people I know swear that putting mustard under the tongue works for them, but this definitely beats having to carry around mustard packets with you. I carry a bottle in my purse, and one in my pickleball bag. It’s a must have when I travel.

You suffer from cramping at night, this will absolutely help you.. and they do work quickly. I take 3/4 of them before i go out dancing to be safe from a cramp from sitting too much in between dances... Highly recommend.

Hylands leg cramps relief
Helps so much!! I feel so much pain, I feel like my veins are being ripped out of my legs and these tablets have made my life better. I seriously can't tell you what a difference they have made. Although I still get these horrible leg cramps these help calm them down and I take 2 at night before they start and some nights I do not get them at all. I have prescription meds that don't help this much!! If you are suffering please try them!!

It helps almost immediately with leg cramps
