Yes, it has the standard bracket so it can be mounted into a rack or a telco rack.

I realize this switch has SFP ports but are the regular ports auto-uplink?

The SFP ports share the ASIC for ports Eth23 and Eth24. Since this is an unmanaged switch you either use the SFP ports or the RJ45 ports but not both. All of the interfaces are on the same VLAN (like all unmanaged switches).

Can i use a 10gbe spf module with this switch?

Yes you can. It has SFP ports so you can cascade it within your core switches.
