I read some reviews of some guns not working. Ours worked great! It has a great sound effect and also bullets going into the chamber and working up from the clip. My son got 3 guns this year and this is his go-to gun to run around and pretend to get zombies! If your kid is rough...I don't know any gun that is going to work especially when they have moving parts. I only say this because I see so many parents who have kids that are just HORRIBLE with stuff and when they break it: they blame the product.

Was a lil worried that this would be some cheap toy that didn't work or fell apart. And it is not the highest quality but my son loves it. And when ever his friends or family come over it is always the 1st toy pulled out by any child. They all love it.. AK-47 for the win
