Used for aftermarket TPMS sensors for Toyota Sienna
In case this helps someone. I had purchased aftermarket TPMS sensors from Amazon, indicating they would fit my 2014 Toyota Sienna. I had them installed and try to use both the cheap TPMS tool on amazon and the TPMS reset button on the van. Neither worked. I bought this device and it came in cheaper than having the tire shop replace all sensors and program. This is a pro tool so I had to try a few times to understand what I was doing. In the end, I was able to pull the new sensor codes and upload them to the van. I tested by taking air out of the tire, light went on. Put proper pressure. Light went out. I will keep this tool in case I need to replace any more TMPS sensors.

does what it says it will do
it's too much $$$ for what it does. It will only program an autel sensor for your car. it will NOT make any other sensor work with your car. it will NOT write to the ECU for other brands of sensors. It will not properly program the sensor and turn off the light on the dash. my 2013 Ram still needed to be driven before the light would go off on the dash. leaving a stored trouble code. this is NOT the tool for you if you are a mechanic. it just lets you program their autel sensors for your car. and that's it. it is not a do it all tool.

Worked great to replace a sensor on my 2009 BMW 335i.
This Autel MaxiTPMS TS508 worked perfectly on my 2009 BMW 335i along with the Autel MaxiTPMS sensor and saved me a lot of $$$. I just purchased the car and found I had a TPMS fault on the right front tire. Found there was no sensor on that tire (hence, why it was faulted). A local Pep Boys broke the bead on the tire for me for free and I threw in an Autel sensor after programming it with the Autel MaxiTPMS TS508 programmer. I then relearned the new sensor position/ID through the carโs onboard computer and taking a quick drive, TPMS fault then cleared. It was good to go! The programmer and sensor paid for itself in just one use. If it holds up I will definitely purchase Autel sensors in the future for all my cars. Plus they give you lifetime software updates so it should always stay up to date. Iโd say the few down falls are, although easy to use, my car didnโt allow the TS508 to auto learn the sensor to the new position, I had to use my cars onboard computer to do that. Now this isnโt really the fault of the TS508 as it is more of how my car works, other cars may not have this. But overall it is a great tool if you work on your own cars and although the TS508 isnโt necessarily cheap initially, you will save money in the long run, after a use or 2.

Lifetime updates, compatible several OEM
Been using it for 1-2 years now, no issues and lifetime updates still active. I have serviced: Acura, Honda, Ford, Lexus, Volvo, etc. vehicles without issue.

It takes patients if you ara a novice with an older vehicle
I unpacked this and tried to update it and I am still trying to figure that all out because it hasn't updated easily, After saying that I tried to learn the codes on all four of my tires and after about the 4th time of reading directions and working with the handheld tool I was successful. I must say that the tool is fine, but being a novice it took me way longer than it would have if I had of known a little bit about what I was doing. I am just happy that I found a way to get the flashing warning lights off of my dash and have my TPMS working.

Worked for my '18 Tacoma w/ OEM sensors
I needed an easier way to reprogram the OEM TPMS sensor positions on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma after rotating the tires or swapping tires with the spare. Grabbing my laptop w/ techstream is a pain. This worked like a charm! It even worked fine with a 5th non-OEM sensor in my spare. The process was pretty simple: - Open up the advanced relearn - Select the car make, model, year - Scan each sensor in each tire as it prompts you - Plug in to the OBD II port and let it program the positions - Done! I couldn't be happier!

Don't second guess - get it
Worth the money. A shop wanted $130 a wheel to fix my issue. I thought fix would be harder but simple relearn fix my system issues. Unit already paid for itself twice. Going forward if it's only for tire rotation convince I'm happy.

Great tool for low volume use
good tool for a low volume user. simple procedures require a bit more clicking that usual, but it does work, and it works well. the setup process is incredibly frustrating as you are working with 1990s technology with 2023 software. you have to input a lot of information one click at a time including email address and Wi-Fi password. it is a one-time deal so once you have it setup that's pretty much it. Not sure why it doesn't have an auto scan feature to identify the sensors by itself.
