It was perfect. And packaging was also very good . I have bought clay cups previously but I had to return th as packaging wasn't good and cups were broken but here I was so much amused with the perfect packaging. And yes cups are absolutely beautiful. And they are good in use , can easily be washed even in machine. So I would say it's a must buy for people who wants to have experience of real kulhad wali chai everyday. Thanks KSI for wonderful delivery of items.

You can't just throw them in the dishwasher, and you need to let them air dry completely to prevent any mold. Also, one of the cups had a small chip on the rim when it arrived, but it wasn't a major issue.Overall, I'm really happy with these clay cups.
