Mid Century Modern Accent Chair, Upholstered Button Tufted Chair

I have a bad habit of reading reviews after I buy something and often it makes me anxious. Well, I am 75 y/o and I put this chair together alone. For the record, I have weak wrists. My only issue was that the rear legs caused me a lil trouble tightening the bolts, but I stayed with it. This chair is sturdy and well built. Cushions are firm. Every hole lined up perfectly. One bolt on a rear leg could be tighter, but I couldn't do it. Actually, this chair is far better than I expected. Don't be afraid to buy this item. One reviewer was unhappy and supplied a photo. Looks like they didn't tighten the bolts enough. Happy here in PA.

I've had this chair nearly 5 years now, I'm a full (over) grown American male, and I've got a puppy to match. I have this next to my bookshelves, and it's perfect for reading on. Mi big back stays comfy on it, my 160lb Dane uses it as a next, and we've got 3 cats that simultaneously use it as a scratching post and perch. There's no way this 150$ chair should still be in any condition close to good, yet there it is. Day after day. Will def buy again if this thing ever gives out. I've had myself, my fiance, and that pup all stacked on it, and not a creak, crack, or wobble.

I do like this chair. Over all, the quality is about what I would have expected. It seems sturdy and I see it lasting awhile. However, it is a little lower to the ground than I anticipated. The color also looks a little more light beige than cream to me. Not a huge deal, but it was just different than what I was expecting. The plastic piece on the bottom of one of the front legs came cracked, but that's not a major problem. Assembly isn't too difficult. I was able to put it together myself. The first step is the hardest because aligning all the screws and holes was a bit challenging without help. Putting the legs on was super easy. Overall it's a nice chair, pretty sturdy, and easy to put together. I would buy it again if I needed another chair. I just knocked off one star because the color isn't quit what I expected and the little piece on the bottom one leg came cracked. I also do wish it was a bit taller, but the dimensions are as described.

So glad I purchased this chair for my bedroom. I got the gray, perfect consistent color. The chair is comfortable to sit in and sturdy. I read some of the reviews that said the legs were wobbly. Not my experience at all. The screws lined up perfectly. The trick is that you have to put them in there straight and you have to keep turning the allen wrench until the screw is flush with the wood. Yes, it will feel like you are done turning because it gets tight. If it isn't flush, take the screw out and try it again. I used my own short allen wrench for most of the assembly, the one that comes with it is long and better to use when attaching the seat and back. I also used a neck light to help me see as I was inserting the screws. A one woman job, probably can get it done in 30 mins if you line the screws up correctly. Great product and purchase!

I ordered these chairs after much deliberation, for my foyer which has an alcove to one side that literally serves no purpose. The chairs came in 2 pieces, back and seat, and were relatively easy to put together. The material is kind of like a linen which seems pretty durable and is definitely easy to clean with a damp cloth. They are not super comfortable and are actually quite hard, so definitely not the curl up and read a book type chair, but they are great for what we use them for which is basically a place to sit down and put your shoes on/off as you leave/enter the front door.

This is truly a lounge chair. I loved the picture but when we got it put together realized it was for laying back not sitting. The size is great, color was perfect, the chair seemed like it was quality and comfortable and firm. I couldn’t use it for what I needed it for and we didn’t need a lounging chair and unfortunately after putting together couldn’t return because I threw the boxes away so we gave it away. A lot of money lost so if you’re looking for a lounging chair perfect if not it’s not a good choice. Not as described!!
