Packaging was perfect, especially for glass. No leaks or damage at all. The aroma is incredibly strong and fresh when you open it. The flavor is totally different from regular grocery store olive oils. It has that peppery, slightly bitter kick at the back of your throat that real extra virgin olive oil should have. It really tastes like fresh olives were pressed and the juice is still in there. It’s strong & bold & little bitter taste actually a sign of high-quality EVOO with lots of antioxidants.It does feel expensive, but the quality justifies it. If you care about health and real flavor, this is worth trying.

This is excellent. Imported straight from Italy with one family cultivating it. It is like holistic medicine in a bottle. I take a teaspoon a day and it has done wonders for my digestive system. I’d give it a 100 stars if I could. The packaging is impeccable. I’m on auto ship. I’m also 100% Italian and did much research.

I'm not particularly educated in what makes an olive oil premium quality, but I do know that this olive oil was very well-received and didn't last particularly long in my home. While it works as well for cooking as any other olive oil, I believe it is best used for imparting a pleasant flavor to dishes, such as use as a salad dressing. It did have a noticeable olive flavor, which I feel is something missing from a lot of cheaper varieties. The consistency was smooth, as it should be, and it appeared to be quite fresh. This likely isn't a product I'd personally reorder, because regardless of quality, I'd be hard-pressed to value an olive oil at $50, but I could see it making a nice gift to a loved one, rather than being something that's intended for daily or regular use.

This is authentic Italian olive! The flavor is fresh and crisp. I love that the flavor keeps even at high cooking temp. It also mixes well and bakes well into desert. The price is on point for this excellent quality olive oil!
