Broken note book
I brought a note book for my daughter it arrived on Tuesday 28th December 2020When I picked her up on the 1st January 2021 we got home and once she had opened it set it up she found that most of the keys do not workLarge label code= QBO100283802I WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT PLEASE

My daughter had this about 3 months and it completely stopped working

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Complete rubbish. Only 1 star as there’s no option for 0 stars. Bought for Xmas and my daughter couldn’t get onto any games she wanted to play.Finally got a refund after 2 months of messages back and forth with Amazon and the Seller and being given two return addresses-One in Germany & one in China. Finally had to go through A-Z claims to get refunded. DO NOT BUY

Don’t waste your time and money please
Do not buy this product, it is of very poor construction consisting of a fully plastic outer shell. The operating system is an android phone and as such does not constitute a laptop. I found the device almost impossible to use and have returned. Currys have actual laptops for only slightly more my advice would be if your on a budget or shopping for a child get yourself a Lenovo they are great.

Does not allow me to download any app from play store and does not load any page on the internet so it’s unusable in every way, it’s as useful as a child’s plastic pretend laptop
